A business that's ready to sell is a better business to own.
Most owners I talk to aren't selling this year. They want to know what the business is worth, what's holding the number down, and what to fix first. That's the same list a buyer would build, so I build it for you now, while you still have time to act on it.
Owner's Board
Board-level oversight from someone who has sat on the investor side and runs a company today. A quarterly board meeting, a monthly KPI review, your valuation updated every quarter, and a sounding board on hiring, pay plans, pricing and cash. From $3,000 a month. You meet with me every time.
Growth by acquisition
Buying a competitor or adjacent business is often the fastest way to add value. Under the October 2026 SBA rules, an owner of two-plus years buying a company in the same industry group qualifies as a business expansion, with a 1.15x coverage test and a possible equity waiver. I'll help you find the target, value it and structure the financing.
Best fit
Owners with $2M+ in revenue who plan to sell in two to five years, or never, and want it run better either way.

FAQ
Common questions
What's the difference between the Value Baseline and a formal valuation?
The Value Baseline is my working view of value and what drives it, built for decisions. It isn't a credentialed appraisal. If you need a valuation for an SBA loan, an estate or a partner buyout, I'll coordinate a credentialed appraiser (ASA, CBA, ABV, CVA or BCA).
Can I use an SBA loan to buy a competitor?
Often, yes. If you've owned your business for at least two full fiscal years and the target is in the same 4-digit NAICS industry group, it can qualify as a business expansion under the October 2026 SBA rules, which use a 1.15x coverage test instead of 1.25x.
How long is the Owner's Board commitment?
Quarter to quarter. If it isn't worth the fee, you should stop.
